Rockwood Cottage is ideal for a newlywed couple, elderly couple, widow/er or single professional and rents for R11 500 per month, with occupation from 1 June 2025 available on request. Hosts live on the same premises and are available to attend to tenant queries. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, but this could be discussed based on the size and training of the pet.

Rockwood Cottage excludes:
The following is excluded in the rental:
- Gas for stove (bottle included)
- All consumables and cleaning products
- All items of a personal nature
- DStv and other TV service subscription fees (Smart TVs available)
- Domestic worker’s annual bonus
- Domestic worker’s breakfast and lunch on Thursdays
- Plug adaptors
- Personal electric appliances (e.g., hairdryer)
- Generator (however no loadshedding)
- Insurance for personal items
